This policy governs all online payments made to Malabar Christian College, Calicut, including but not limited to tuition fees, examination fees, application fees, and other institutional charges.
Payments can be made through the following modes:
Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro)
Debit Cards
Net Banking (All major Indian banks)
Unified Payments Interface (UPI)
To ensure data protection and integrity, all transactions are processed via secure payment gateways.
Upon successful payment, a digital receipt with a unique reference number will be generated and sent to the registered email ID and mobile number of the payee. Students are advised to retain this receipt for future reference.
Once a payment is successfully processed, it is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
In cases of duplicate payments or excess charges, students should contact the College Office with proof of the transaction.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days.
Fees must be paid by the stipulated deadlines as communicated by the college.
Late payments may attract penalties as per the college’s fee regulations.
Failure to pay fees on time may result in the student being barred from attending classes or appearing for examinations until dues are cleared.
The college is committed to protecting the personal and financial information of its students. All data collected during the payment process is used solely for processing payments and is not shared with third parties, except as required by law.
Ensure that all payment details entered are accurate.

Report any unauthorized transactions to the college immediately.
