The Department of English, MCC conducted an International Interdisciplinary Webinar on 9 May 2020 on the topic “New Horizons in ICT Enabled Teaching Learning during Pandemic”. There were 265 registrations for the event. There were 23 presentations done by presenters from six states of the country. Faculty members of different departments from MCC also made their presentations about various online platforms for teaching and learning. The Principal, Dr.Godwin Samraj D P delivered the inaugural address. The College Manager, Mr. Joseph S Daniel also spoke on the occasion. The Webinar lasted for 6 hours. The different platforms, educational tools and resources included YouTube, Powtoons, WebEx, Zoom, Google Classroom, Moodle, Podcasts, iSpring, Edmodo, Blender, Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, Kahoot, Classmarker and a few others. Dr. M.E Premanand, former Head of the Department of English and Saigeetha S. were the coordinators.
