Dr. Godwin Samraj D P





Dr. Godwin Samraj D.P completed his graduation and post-graduation  from Nesomany Memmorial Christian College, Marthandam (Maduraj Kamaraj University) in 1989 and 1991, respectively. He completed his BEd in 1992 from Kerala University and MPhil in 1992 from Manonmanium Sundaranar University Trinelvelli. He started his career as Lecturer of his History in Malabar Christian College from 4th November 1996. He obtined PhD from Kannur University in 2012 for his research work in the topic “Socio Economic Reconstruction of Kerala under the First Communist Government”, under the guidance of Dr.KKN Kurup, former Vice Chancellor of Calicut University. Dr. Godwin Samraj has been in charge of various institutional bodies such as MCC cooperative Credit Society, NSS and the IQAC. He was appointed as the principal of Malabar Christian College during September 2016. He was also a member of  History PG BoS, Faculty of Humanities, Academic Council, Senate and Syndicate of the University of Calicut.
